Diamond grinding removes weak surface material, contamination, and old coatings while creating the surface profile needed for dependable adhesion. Preparation is the foundation of the finished system.

We use UV-stable polyaspartic finish coats for exterior and sun-exposed systems. The full specification depends on whether the slab is inside, covered, or exposed to direct sunlight.

Each material has a different role. Epoxy can provide build, decorative effects, and moisture-control options; polyurea is often used as a fast-curing base coat; polyaspartic is commonly selected for fast cure, abrasion resistance, and UV stability. A complete system may use more than one.

Any wet surface requires care. We build texture into pool deck systems and may recommend quartz broadcast or additional traction media where more grip is needed.

The schedule depends on square footage, slab condition, repairs, moisture, weather, and the selected system. We explain installation, cure time, and return-to-service timing before work begins.
