Good looks start with the right system.

Our full broadcast garage floor system gives bare or worn concrete a finished surface that is easier to clean and ready for daily use. We evaluate the slab condition and moisture concerns before selecting the base coat. Most projects use polyurea, while others call for a polyurea MVB hybrid or a standalone moisture vapor barrier (MVB) base. Decorative vinyl flakes and a compatible clear polyaspartic topcoat complete the selected garage system.

We mechanically diamond grind the slab instead of relying on acid etching or pressure washing. Cracks, pits, and damaged areas are repaired before the coating is installed. Correct preparation helps the finished floor resist hot tires, stains, household chemicals, impact, and normal vehicle traffic.

Recent Holly Hill garage: The bare concrete had stains, pits, and cracks. We prepared the slab and installed a dark black and gray Glacier flake system with a UV stable polyaspartic finish. See more garage floor projects or explore our Daytona Beach service area.

How we install it

How we coat your garage floor

A good garage floor coating starts below the flakes. Here is how we turn bare or worn concrete into a finished floor for everyday vehicle use.

  1. 1Check the garage slab for moisture concerns, stains, old coatings, cracks, and pits. We choose the base coat around those conditions, including polyurea, a polyurea MVB hybrid, or a standalone moisture vapor barrier when needed.
  2. 2Diamond grind the concrete and prepare edges so the coating can bond to a properly profiled surface. Surface contamination and weak material are addressed during preparation.
  3. 3Complete the agreed concrete repairs before applying the selected base coat. Repair needs and existing joints are discussed as part of your garage floor quote.
  4. 4Broadcast decorative flakes into the wet base for full coverage. Once the base has cured as required, remove loose flakes and prepare the texture for the clear finish.
  5. 5Apply a compatible polyaspartic topcoat and the specified traction media. Before you move back in, we explain cleaning, foot traffic, and when your vehicles can return.
Questions about garage floor coatings

What homeowners ask us

How long does installation take?

The schedule depends on slab condition, repairs, moisture, size, and the chosen system. We provide the cure and return to service time before work begins.

Will hot tires damage it?

The coating system and mechanical preparation are selected for vehicle use. Proper prep and correct coverage are critical for resisting hot tire pickup.

How do I clean the floor?

Sweep or blow off loose debris, then use a soft mop with water and a mild cleaner. Avoid harsh products unless we confirm they are compatible.
