Epoxy can provide a durable solid color surface, build thickness over prepared concrete, and serve as part of a complete coating system selected for the traffic, chemicals, cleaning, moisture, and appearance of the space.
Florida concrete can carry moisture vapor from the soil below. We evaluate the slab before installation and can specify a moisture vapor barrier epoxy when conditions and product requirements call for one. After mechanical diamond grinding and repairs, the system may include an MVB, compatible primer, solid color industrial epoxy, and a protective urethane or polyaspartic finish. Every layer is selected to work together.
